HOSTS

Joe Theismann- Host (1989)

Joe Theismann was the original host of American Gladiators. He hosted the show for the first half of the first season. He was later replaced by co-host Mike Adamle.

Mike Adamle- Co-Host (1989), Host (1990-1996)

Mike Adamle co-hosted American Gladiators in AG's first season. He later replaced host Joe Theismann, and was joined by sidekick Todd Christensen. Mike proved to be the ultimate gladiators presenter, lasting all seven seasons, and even competing in AG's season six celebrity challenge.

Todd Christensen- Co-Host (1990)

Todd joined the show in the middle of season one to kick off the second half of the year. Joined by Mike Adamle, Todd was the thinker's host, going very in-depth into the show in many aspects. Todd was canned shortly after season one.

Larry Csonka- Co-Host (1990-1993)

Probably American Gladiators' most popular co-host, Larry Csonka came onto AG in season two, and stayed until the end of season four. Larry was the show's best interviewer, and had a wealth of knowledge due to his pro football background.

Lisa Malosky- Co-Host (1993-1995)

Lisa Malosky was the show's only female commentator (outside of Julie Cialini's guest episode) on American Gladiators. Lisa joined the cast in season five, and was brought back for another season.

Dan "Nitro" Clark- Co-Host (1995-1996)

Dan Clark (also known as gladiator Nitro), was brought in for AG's final season in 1995-1996. Dan provided a look never seen by spectators, by going inside and one-on-one with the gladiators.
