Jade was a reserve gladiator in season one, someone host Joe Theismann equated to- "the backup quarterback". Jade was brought in for the season one first half championships after Sunny was injured in the semifinals. After that single episode, Jade was dropped in favor of Blaze & Gold for the 2nd half season. In addition, some would also say she has a slight resemblance to Sha-ri Pendelton, aka Blaze.
