Lynn "Red" Williams came onto American Gladiators at the beginning of season four, as Sabre. He came onto the show directly from the live tour, as Panther. He performed well enough to be invited to come back for the next season, and eventually became gladiator captain in the 1995-1996 season. He also appeared in the Orlando live show and International Gladiators. Sabre was 6'2" and 240 lbs of pure steel (he could bench press 550 lbs, too).
