AG Domain: Sean, how did you get on the live show?
Sean: I had actually gotten hired to work in the office doing cash management and what not. The creator of the show, Dan Carr, came in and looked at me and asked what in the hell I was doing up in the office. His words were, "There's no glory in cash management!" With that, I went down to the arena, worked out with a couple of the new Gladiators, and earned my spot.
AGd: Nekole, how did you also get on the live show?
Nekole: I was living in Clearwater, FL at the time, when a known bodybuilder Eddie Robinson told me that the Gladiators were having try-outs. Once I heard that, I set up an appointment, went down to try out, and the rest is history.
AGd: Sean, favorite event?
Sean: Joust. Becuase it is a one on one slugfest that leaves you completely spent when it's over. Plus, how many people get paid to take out their aggression on another human being?
AGd: Nekole, favorite event?
Nekole: Powerball. It is non-stop from the get-go and I love the challenge of shutting out the contenders time after time.
AGd: How many years were both of you on the show?
Both: We were on for two years.
AGd: What made AG appealing to you both?
Sean: Besides the fact that we got paid nicely to inflict pain? I suppose it would be the physical challenge of being tested over and over. Rising to the occasion and shutting a contender down, when they were trying to take away from you in your house can be quite gratifying. Nekole agrees.
AGd: What were your favorite parts of the show?
Both: The opening of the show, when the crowd would get excited. Winning an event and feeding off of the energy of the crowd.
AGd: Who were your favorite glads from the TV series?
Sean: Hawk without a doubt. I have a few stories there.
Nekole: I got along great with Ice and Siren.
AGd: If you could do it all over, what would you have done differently?
Both: Nothing!
AGd: What are both of you currently doing right now?
Sean: I currently work for the Oracle Corporation, doing Database Administration work.
Nekole: I am an Intensive Care Registered Nurse at Florida Hospital.
AGd: What kind of fame has AG brought you both?
Both: Die-hards of the show would know who we were when we would go out to certain places. It's given us some perks here and there.
AGd: Did you both ever consider quitting the show before you actually did?
Both: NEVER!
AGd: How/why did you both leave the show?
Both: Production had ceased and that was the end of it. There was talk of bringing it back, but legal conflicts with the powers that be and the producer killed that.
AGd: Sean, What male or female gladiator did you get to know/like the best besides Flame?
Sean: I've become really good friends with Tank and Ice.
AGd: Nekole, What male or female gladiator did you get to know/like the best besides Quake?
Nekole: Quake's the greatest, but if I had to say...I too have become good friends with Tank as well.
AGd: Which events to the both of you were the hardest/easiest?
Sean: Easiest was Assault.
Nekole: Assault was the easiest.
AGd: If AG was re-incarnated, would you both want to be gladiators? If so, would your names still be Quake and Flame?
Both: Yes and yes.
AGd: Relating to the last question, if you could have a say on one thing in a new version of American Gladiators, what would it be and why?
Both: Take better care of the Gladiators compensation-wise. They are after all the whole show.
